About the Workshop:

A CSE who understands self is more likely to understand the emotions of customers better. A CSE with high self-esteem is more likely to solve customer problems to provide solutions

  • Manage Emotional States: Master techniques to regulate emotional states during high-stakes conversations, enabling composed and confident decision-making
