Building Trust at Work is a hands-on workshop designed to help professionals develop the skills necessary to foster trust with clients, in their teams and across organizational levels.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the Core Elements of Trust: Explore the key components of trust and how they impact workplace relationships and team dynamics
  • Develop Self-Awareness: Reflect on personal values, biases, and communication styles that influence trust-building.
  • Communicate to Build Trust: Practice active listening and transparent communication to create an environment of mutual respect
  • Foster Accountability and Reliability: Learn how to deliver on promises, take responsibility for mistakes, and rebuild trust when needed.
  • Navigate Difficult Conversations: Gain strategies to address conflicts and sensitive issues while preserving trust.
  • Cultivate Trust Across Teams and Hierarchies: Understand how to build and maintain trust across different work styles, levels of authority, and cultures
  • Personal Action Plan: Create a personal action plan to integrate trust-building practices into daily interactions.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped with actionable strategies to strengthen relationships, drive team performance, and create a culture of trust within their workplace.
